About the Role: 

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in construction site management, with a keen focus on safety
compliance and project coordination. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site
operations, managing on-site labours, and ensuring work is carried out according to project
specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations at the construction site.
2. Supervise on-site labours and coordinate their tasks.
3. Ensure all work is carried out according to project specifications and within the agreed timeline.
4. Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations and ensure all safety protocols are
followed at all times.
5. Assist with project coordination, including planning and scheduling.
6. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any issues or delays and implementing
solutions.
7. Liaise with contractors, managers, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and
feedback.

Qualifications:

1. Any degree in a related field such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar is
preferred.
2. Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
6. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
8. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
