Extensive experience in architectural design and feasibility reports. 3. In-depth knowledge of Mumbai and Thane DCPR (Development Control and Promotion Regulations) rules. 4. Experience with MHADA projects is essential. 5. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Strong site monitoring skills to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
