Position: Quality Engineer

Location - Vikhroli, Thane (Mumbai)

Experience: 2-5yrs 

Qualification - Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of construction materials and processes. This role requires a meticulous professional with a keen eye for detail and a strong analytical mindset.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Conducting quality tests of construction materials to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
2. Performing quality inspections at various stages of the construction process.
3. Implementing quality control procedures to maintain high standards of production.
4. Addressing and resolving any quality-related issues that may arise during the construction process.
5. Liaising with the project team and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are understood and met.
6. Utilizing quality management systems/software to track, analyze, and report on quality-related matters.

**Qualifications:**

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
2. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
5. Knowledge and experience with quality management systems/software will be considered a plus.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
