MEP Engineer

Role: MEP Engineer

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
2. A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in MEP management specifically for residential redevelopment projects.
3. Proficiency in ERP software is a desirable qualification.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily MEP site activities to ensure smooth operations.
2. Oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems, ensuring they are installed as per the project specifications.
3. Coordinate with contractors and consultants for the execution of project tasks and to resolve any technical issues that may arise.
4. Ensure strict adherence to approved drawings, project specifications, and safety norms to maintain the quality and safety of the project.
5. Resolve technical issues promptly and effectively to prevent any delay in project completion.
6. Monitor work quality to ensure that it meets the set standards and expectations.
7. Maintain proper documentation of all project activities for future reference and audit purposes.
