
Quantity Surveyor & Estimation Engineer
Candidate will be responsible for quantity surveying, estimation, costing, budgeting, and overall project cost control. The role requires preparing and verifying quantities for RCC, finishing, and other construction works, as well as preparing and revising project estimates and budgets.

Experience - 8–9 years in residential building projects.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Salary: ₹70,000–₹75,000 Per Month
Job Description:
The Quantity Surveyor & Estimation Engineer will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of residential building projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for quantity surveying, estimation, costing, budgeting, and overall project cost control. The role requires preparing and verifying quantities for RCC, finishing, and other construction works, as well as preparing and revising project estimates and budgets. The candidate will coordinate with project and design teams to ensure accurate budgeting and cost management, utilizing Farvision ERP for effective monitoring and amendments.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and verify quantities for RCC, finishing, and other construction works.
2. Develop project estimates and budgets.
3. Revise estimates and budgets based on changes in drawings and project requirements.
4. Freeze budgets and make necessary amendments.
5. Monitor project costs through Farvision ERP.
6. Coordinate with project and design teams for quantity and budget-related requirements.
7. Ensure overall project cost control.
8. Handle costing, estimation, and budgeting tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. 8–9 years of experience in residential building projects.
3. Strong knowledge of RCC and finishing works.
4. Proficient in costing, estimation, and budgeting.
5. Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
6. Attention to detail.
