Architect: Feasibility and Design

Candidate will run each feasibility study from the first site assessment to a clear recommendation, covering both the area working and the financial working, and then carry approved concepts through design development. You will present your studies directly to the Managing Director, who is an architect and urban planner.

Performance Marketing Specialist

Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and maximize ROI. The selected candidate will manage digital advertising efforts across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google, and will optimize these campaigns to enhance lead quality and conversion rates. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, audience targeting, and data analytics to effectively engage potential customers and support business growth. You will run the function in house and coordinate with one external agency on selected activities.

Architect: Design Management & Coordination

Candidate make sure that what reaches the site is complete, coordinated and buildable. External architects and consultants prepare the drawings. You review them, catch the errors, close the gaps between disciplines, and issue construction-ready drawings to the execution team across at least 4 projects at a time. You need to be a strong designer yourself, because the job is to see what is wrong in a drawing and how to make it better and cheaper to build
