About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CRM Executive to join our team. This role requires a
professional with a strong understanding of customer relationship management and the ability to
handle customer queries effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer
relationships, demand collection, agreement preparation, handover and possession of the project,
and understanding of the ERP software.

Responsibilities:

1. Handling customer queries promptly and professionally.
2. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls,
and emails.
3. Collecting customer demands and ensuring they are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
4. Preparing agreements and ensuring all parties understand the terms and conditions.
5. Overseeing the handover and possession of projects, ensuring all processes are completed
correctly and efficiently.
6. Utilizing ERP software to manage customer relationships and track project progress.
7. Regularly updating customer data in the company database.
8. Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies to improve service, product offerings, and
customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a CRM role, preferably within a similar industry.
3. Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in using ERP software.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
8. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
