Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Contracts Manager to join our team in Thane, Maharashtra. The
successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts, ensuring
compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role also involves hiring contractors and
resolving any disputes related to contractors.
Responsibilities:
1. Draft, review and negotiate contracts to ensure they meet the company's needs while complying
with all legal and regulatory requirements.
2. Manage and oversee the entire contracting process, from initial request to final signature and
contract administration.
3. Hire contractors, monitor their performance, and resolve any disputes or issues that arise.
4. Use ERP or equivalent software to manage contracts and related information effectively.
5. Lead and manage a team, ensuring effective communication and efficient workflow.
6. Maintain meticulous records and attention to detail in all contract-related matters.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
2. Proven experience in contract management, drafting, and negotiation.
3. Experience in hiring and managing contractors.
4. Proficiency in using ERP or equivalent software for contract management.
5. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
6. Experience in managing a team will be an added advantage.
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
8. Knowledge of legal requirements and regulations related to contract management.
