Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
2. Proven experience in overseeing construction projects and managing site operations.
3. Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle technical issues efficiently.
5. Experience with ERP software is a plus but not mandatory.
6. Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively work with contractors and other
stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects are carried out in
accordance with project plans and specifications.
2. Manage site operations, including the supervision of site activities and personnel, to ensure work is
done safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
3. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of
project activities.
4. Handle any technical issues that arise, troubleshooting problems and implementing solutions to
prevent delays.
5. Monitor project timelines and progress, making adjustments as necessary to keep the project on
schedule.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards, conducting regular
inspections and audits.
7. Utilize ERP software for project management, tracking, and reporting purposes.
The ideal Sr. Site Engineer will be a detail-oriented and organized individual with a strong
understanding of construction processes and principles. They will have a proactive approach to
problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
They should also have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and
