Salary Range: ₹35,000 to ₹45,000 per month

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
2. Proven experience in supporting construction projects and managing day-to-day site activities.
3. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
4. Proficiency in using ERP software is a distinct advantage.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site.
2. Ensure all construction activities align with project specifications and safety standards.
3. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other construction professionals.
4. Supervise site operations and workers, ensuring work is completed on schedule.
5. Address technical issues promptly and provide effective solutions.
6. Maintain accurate records of construction progress and report any discrepancies or issues to the
project manager.
7. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
8. Use ERP software for project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource
allocation.

Additional Requirements:

1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
3. Familiarity with local construction regulations and safety laws.
4. Willingness to work on-site and adapt to varying weather conditions.
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
6. Excellent decision-making and negotiation skills.
7. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of local languages is a plus.
