Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ensuring the quality and compliance of construction materials and processes, with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills. The role involves conducting quality tests, implementing quality control procedures, and addressing any quality-related issues. Experience with quality management systems/software will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting quality tests of construction materials to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
2. Implementing quality control procedures to maintain the quality of construction processes.
3. Performing quality inspections at various stages of the construction process.
4. Addressing and resolving any quality-related issues that may arise during the construction process.
5. Utilizing quality management systems/software to track, analyze and report on quality metrics.
6. Collaborating with the construction team to ensure quality standards are understood and adhered to.
7. Continually improving and updating quality control standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
2. A minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in using quality management systems/software is a plus.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address quality-related issues promptly and effectively.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
7. A commitment to maintaining high quality standards and continuous improvement.
