Job Profile: Telesales Executive

Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month


Qualifications:


1. Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
2. Proven experience in telesales, handling inbound and outbound calls.
3. Demonstrated ability to generate leads and achieve targets.
4. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
5. Strong ability to handle customer objections and maintain a positive customer relationship.
6. Knowledge of residential/commercial projects would be an added advantage.


Responsibilities:


1. Handle inbound calls from customers, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate
solutions.
2. Make outbound calls to potential customers, pitch residential/commercial projects, and generate
leads.
3. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
5. Manage customer interactions professionally, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and
efficiently.
6. Maintain a detailed record of all calls, including the nature of inquiry or complaint, the action taken,
and any follow-up required.
7. Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for new product launches.
8. Handle customer objections tactfully and negotiate effectively to achieve sales targets.
9. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services, pricing models, and
value proposition.
10. Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and
sales skills.
