Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is mandatory.
2. Proven experience as a Planning Engineer, preferably in a real estate company.
3. Proficiency in using MS Project (MSP) for preparing project plans.
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
5. Proficiency in project management software to track and monitor project progress.
6. Excellent communication skills to effectively conduct meetings with internal teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare detailed project plans using MS Project (MSP) and ensure they align with project goals and timelines.
2. Conduct regular meetings with internal teams and stakeholders to discuss project progress and address any issues or concerns.
3. Monitor all aspects of the project, including tracking progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
4. Use project management software to track project progress and report on key metrics.
5. Ensure all project activities align with the project timeline and goals.
6. Use strong analytical skills to make informed decisions and solve problems that may arise during the project lifecycle.
