Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Manager to join our team in Thane,
Maharashtra. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all legal affairs of the
company, drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and
handling legal disputes. This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills,
and a thorough understanding of legal principles and company law.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all legal affairs of the company, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and
regulations.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
3. Provide expert legal advice to the company on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues.
4. Handle legal disputes, liaising with external legal advisors as necessary.
5. Oversee the preparation and maintenance of all legal documentation.
6. Develop and implement effective legal strategies to protect the company and minimize legal risk.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
2. Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of legal affairs, contract law, and
regulatory compliance.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound legal judgements.
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with external legal
advisors.
5. Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
