Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing and completing Letters of Intent (LOIs) for all
booked customers, ensuring all flat details, commercial terms, and additional
sales commitments are correctly included.
Share detailed cost sheets with customers, outlining the complete package
including booking amount, GST, Stamp Duty, and other applicable charges
such as floor rise, parking, or legal fees. Clearly explain the payment schedule
and any financial breakdowns.
Reverify with customers any special offers or verbal commitments made
during the sales process, ensuring all such details are captured in the LOI and
appropriately signed off by both the customer and sales executive.
Update inventory records accurately post-booking confirmation and ensure
timely data entry into internal sales systems or CRM software. Issue the official
booking set to the customer without delay.
Handle the compilation, verification, and submission of all booking-related
documents. Coordinate with the Head Office for processing and ensure proper
filing and recordkeeping of both soft and hard copies.
