Position : Process Coordinator

Job Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2. Proven experience in tracking tasks across various departments and ensuring the timely completion of projects.
3. Proficiency in flow management systems.
4. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
5. Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
6. Ability to raise red flags in case of delays and take appropriate action.
7. A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage the workflow across all departments, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
2. Utilize flow management systems to track and monitor project progress.
3. Use Excel or Google Sheets to maintain and update project data and information.
4. Communicate effectively with team members, providing regular updates and feedback.
5. Follow-up on tasks and projects, ensuring they are on track and meeting deadlines.
6. Identify potential delays or issues in the workflow and raise red flags as necessary.
7. Facilitate the workflow process, providing support and guidance to team members as needed.
8. Collaborate with other team members to improve and optimize the workflow process.

The ideal Process Coordinator will be a detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to multitask. They will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with team members at all levels and have a proactive approach to work.
