Job Description:
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Director.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive
support related tasks, and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person
must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a
Director of diverse programs and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the Director.
2. Manage and maintain the Director's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
3. Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with all departments with respect to tasks assigned by the
Director.
4. Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, Google sheets,
spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
5. Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and
plan their distribution.
6. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel. Experience in Google Sheets will be an added advantage.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
7. High level verbal and written communications skills.
8. Discretion and confidentiality.
