Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts, ensuring all agreements comply with legal and regulatory requirements. This role also involves assisting in the hiring of contractors and resolving any disputes related to contracts.

Key Responsibilities:**

1. Drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
2. Ensuring all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations.
3. Assisting in the hiring process of contractors.
4. Resolving any disputes or issues related to contracts in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Utilizing ERP or equivalent software for contract management and other related tasks.
6. Maintaining meticulous records and demonstrating strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Qualifications:**

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
2. Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and management.
3. Proficiency in using ERP or equivalent software.
4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts.
7. Ability to resolve disputes effectively and amicably.
