Position: Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts(Real Estate Preferred)

Salary Range: ₹45,000 to ₹50,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager for our Finance & Accounts department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Tally and MS Office, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Supervise accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
3. Handle budgeting and forecasting, providing financial insights to aid strategic decision-making.
4. Ensure GST compliance, preparing and filing necessary documentation.
5. Manage cash flow, monitoring income and expenses to ensure financial stability.
6. Liaise with investors and bankers, maintaining positive relationships and securing necessary funding.
7. Prepare and present CMA reports, providing comprehensive financial analysis.
8. Handle audits, ensuring all financial operations adhere to legal regulations and company policies.
9. Lead and manage teams, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional development.

Qualifications:-


1. MBA Finance/Inter CA or a related field.
2. Proficiency in Tally and MS Office.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
5. Knowledge of GST regulations and compliance procedures.
6. Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
7. Ability to manage cash flow and liaise with investors and bankers.
8. Experience in preparing CMA reports and handling audits.
