Key Responsibilities –
Driving sales plan and achieving sales target for the month/year.
Effective customer handling and generating sales through reference from customers,
Keeping abreast with competitors strategies,
Train & motivate team,
Ensure adherence to company’s policies.
Provide & upload timely and accurate information in ERP
Ensure the sales target through multiple sales avenues for the assigned projects.
Assigning enquiries generated at various points (e.g. walk-ins, enquiries at exhibitions & events, enquiries brought in by channel partners) to each sales team member.
Monitor and support the team to achieve their sales targets.
Monitor sales booking and support the sales team for closures wherever required.
Assign CRM executive to all customers who have booked flat in our project.
Generate more prospective leads from existing customers.
Coordinate and assist in data collection to identify and appoint potential Agents/Brokers as Sales Partner for the identified project.
Invite agent participation and communicate the project requirements after analyzing their possible sales capacity.
Generate agent rating depending on criteria decided by HOD.
Analyze agent’s performance report on the basis of lead generation and customer service and submit to HOD.
Train and orient the team to handle the exhibitions effectively.
Monitor and support the prospects interactions and sales support in events/exhibitions.
Generate conversion report from events & exhibitions and submit cost- benefit analysis to HOD.
Conduct intermediate prospect satisfaction service at counters to capture service performance by the team.
Timely collection of earnest money.
Device and propose optimum marketing and advertising plan based on product segment and customer profile of the project by blending various marketing activities, tools/techniques and avenues to generate qualifying leads/customer footfalls for the project within defined marketing budget.
Finalise marketing and branding/social media agency.
Identify modes of advertising and allocate cost against each mode of advertising.
Perform cost benefit analysis after every marketing initiative conducted for the project.
Initiate market research analysis for the project based on various parameters established by HOD.
Oversee and direct Market Research Analysis report to identify customer segments and strategy for positioning of the project.
Analyse competitors pricing strategy, customer’s requirements, choices available for customer in the prevalent market and present report to help management develop pricing strategy for the project.
Implement strategy designed for brand communication mix, media selection and sales promotion and PR activities.
Focus on multiple marketing channels for generating qualified leads. i.e. trade show attendance, web site updates and other social media, newsletters, press releases, general correspondence, various promotional events.
Designing, production, issuance, and delivery of sales & marketing collaterals.
Review all advertisements prior to release.
Accurate and timely updating of ERP at all stages of Sales & Marketing process as per SOP.
Adherence to Sales & Marketing process defined in SOP.
Guide / Monitor / Coach / Motivate team to either achieve or over achieve individual & team targets.
Identify specific training need for the team and arrange for training in coordination with HR
