Role: Recruitment/Sr. Recruitment Executive

Industry - Real Estate Preferred.
Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month

 

Qualifications:


1. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
3. Proficiency in using recruitment software.
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:


1. Sourcing candidates: The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for identifying potential candidates for various job roles through various sourcing strategies. This includes job postings, networking, direct sourcing, and other innovative sourcing methods.
   
2. Conducting interviews: The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for conducting initial screening interviews, coordinating with hiring managers for subsequent interviews, and managing the entire interview process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all candidates.

3. Managing the selection process: The Recruitment Executive will manage the selection process, including conducting reference checks, negotiating offers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

4. Coordinating with hiring managers: The Recruitment Executive will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure these needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

5. Managing candidate databases: The Recruitment Executive will maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. This includes tracking the status of candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintaining records of all recruitment activities.

6. Ensuring a seamless recruitment experience: The Recruitment Executive will strive to provide a positive and seamless experience for all candidates, from initial contact through to onboarding. This includes responding to inquiries in a timely manner, providing regular updates on the recruitment process, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
