Industry preferred – Real Estate only

Experience – 10yrs – 15yrs (Candidates with stability in profile will be considered)

Qualification: Graduate/MBA in Marketing

Skills: Excellent communication skills – written & oral, Good listening skills, Result Orientation, strong presentation & analytical skills, Good connects in real estate Market, relationship building with clients and team

 

Key Responsibilities –

 

Device and propose optimum marketing and advertising plan based on product segment and customer profile of the project by blending various marketing activities, tools/techniques and avenues to generate qualifying leads/customer footfalls for the project within defined marketing budget.
• Finalise marketing and branding/social media agency.
• Identify modes of advertising and allocate cost against each mode of advertising.
• Perform cost benefit analysis after every marketing initiative conducted for the project.

Develop and Implement Marketing SOP’s
• Oversee and direct Market Research Analysis report to identify customer segments and strategy for positioning of the project.
• Analyse competitors pricing strategy, customer’s requirements, choices available for customer in the prevalent market and present report to help management develop pricing strategy for the project.

  • Implement strategy designed for brand communication mix, media selection and sales promotion and PR activities.
    • Focus on multiple marketing channels for generating qualified leads. i.e. trade show attendance, web site updates and other social media, newsletters, press releases, general correspondence, various promotional events.
    • Designing, production, issuance, and delivery of sales & marketing collaterals.
    • Review all advertisements prior to release.

Accurate and timely updating of ERP at all stages of Marketing process as per SOP.
• Adherence to Sales & Marketing process defined in SOP.

  • Build own marketing  team and further Guide / Monitor marketing & telesales  team to either achieve or over achieve individual & team targets.
  • Identify specific training need for the team and arrange for training in coordination with HR
