Industry preferred – Real Estate

Experience – 3yrs – 5yrs (Candidates with stability in profile will be considered)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Skills: Excellent communication skills – written & oral, Good listening skills, Pleasing personality, Ability to work in flexible schedule and manage work pressure, experience of managing reception and administration

 

Key Responsibilities –

1.

 

Front Desk Management  

• All calls are answered promptly, with warmth, adhering to telephone etiquette norms and direct the caller to the appropriate employee.

• Attend to visitors and inform the employee they would like to meet immediately.

• Enter all posts in the inward register and direct them to the relevant employee.

• Maintain decorum and hygiene of the reception.

• Create and maintain database of all numbers with specific identification in soft copy format.

• Manage any other admin activity assigned by Manager – Administration.

Manage team of office boys, housekeeping etc and guide them for all the tasks to maintain the office.

 

 

2.

 

Maintain Inward & Outward Register  

• Enter all posts in the inward register and direct them to the relevant employee.

• Enter outgoing posts in the Outward register

Manage all kinds of register.

Manage stationery & other asset records at site

 

 

3.

 

Conference Room & other tasks Management  

• Maintain proper Conference Room booking arrangements, food arrangements

• Arrange Conference Room chair as per requirement specified by concern department.

Ensure all utility bills are received and submitted at HO for payments.

• Issue stationary items to employees, keep stock and make monthly consumption report.

• Ensure general upkeep of office and regular maintenance from time to time.

• Ensure regular pest control with identified agency.

• Event executions in Co-ordination with manager and other concern department.

• All Maintenance related task at HO and Site.

• Coordinate with AMC vendors and related records maintenance
