Admin Executive

Job Title: Admin Executive (Male Candidates only)

Location: Thane

Experience – 3-4 years (Real estate Experience preferred)


Salary – 20K – 30K (CTC)


Job Responsibilities:

1. Office Administration:

– Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including stationery management, to ensure a well-equipped and efficient workplace.
– Coordinate with vendors for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for office equipment and supervise maintenance, pest control activities.
– Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely payments.
– Conduct regular site visits (3 days per week) to oversee operations and provide on-site support.

2. Team Management:

– Lead and supervise a team of office boys and housekeeping staff, ensuring a clean and organized office environment.
– Conduct training sessions for the team, create and enforce standard operating procedures.
– Manage the scheduling and deployment of staff for effective coverage.

3. Communication and Correspondence:
– Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
– Draft and proofread official correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
– Act as a liaison between different departments, fostering effective communication.

4. Data and Asset Management:
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
– Manage company assets, including tracking and updating inventory records.
– Oversee asset allocation, relocation, and disposal processes.

5. Vendor Management:
– Finalize vendors for various admin-related services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of services.
– Negotiate costs, and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
– Conduct periodic vendor evaluations to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.

6. Uniform Management:
– Oversee the procurement and distribution of uniforms for staff, ensuring adherence to company branding and quality standards.
– Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and manage uniform inventory.

7. Event Coordination:
– Planning and organizing company events, meetings, and workshops.
– Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, and other event-related activities.


– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
– Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Admin Executive, or similar role.
– Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– High level of integrity and confidentiality.
