Experience – 2yrs – 4yrs (Candidates with stability in profile will be considered)

Qualification: Graduate/MBA

Skills: Excellent communication skills – written & oral, Good listening skills, Result Orientation, Ability to work in flexible schedule, convincing and good presentation skills, relationship building with clients

 

Key Responsibilities –

 

Driving sales plan and achieving sales target for the month/year.

Effective Customer Handling and generating sales through reference from customers,

Keeping abreast with competitors strategies,

Provide & upload timely and accurate information in ERP.

 

Job Description:

 

Achieve individual sales targets as set by the organization.

Follow up with all leads generated from exhibitions, web portals, emails, calls and walk ins in a pre-determined frequency.

Generate more prospective leads from existing customers.

Give accurate information about the project, price with/without customization, statutory payment and legal attributes to all prospective  customers.

Closure of all lead calls within 15 days from the first time contact.

Take customers through sample flat during their site visit.

Closure of booking formalities in minimum time period from the first contact.

Provide project phase wise schedule and expected payment schedule to      customer.

Periodically updating the customer about progress of project as per the approved communication plan developed by HOD.

Interact with interested prospects and convey accurate information to them in exhibitions/events.

Capture and analyze first time contact details from prospects/lead at events and make follow up calls after events.

Ensure earnest money is received in set timeframe.

Accurate and timely updating of ERP at all stages of Sales & Marketing process as per SOP.

Adherence to Sales & Marketing process defined in SOP.
